Battery was doing fine on the fan but the lights deadly

Was testing my battery for future dry camp use.
Had the vent fan on for 5 hours and the battery still showed full.
Added 3 lights fixtures(total 6x921 bulbs) for 40 minutes.
The battery shows 1/3 full with everything on; completely full as soon as I turn off the lights. Goes back to 1/3 if I turn them back on. I suppose the reading is supposed to be taken with a power draw active? Was my full reading after 5 hours of fan only wrong in showing completely full?

If not then the vent is not a worry but lights are for emergency only with only a few minutes use before the battery is drained; better rely on portable lights. Also need to keep some for the eventual cold night and fire/co2 alarm.

This is from a single 12v group 24 battery. 2 weeks old.
