Becoming a wagon master for mexican caravans

We may be looking for a wagon master couple to lead caravans from Laredo down through the interior to the Yucatan & Chiapas and up the west coast and out via Nogales. (Fall 2017, 2018 & beyond) You do not have to speak Spanish, but it would help. However, we do need people familiar with the route and with good social skills who have RVed in Mexico before and understand what that involves. Unless you have thsoe skills, you pretty well have to be a paying customer first, so you know the routes and what its all about. PM me if interested.
