I have a blue ox base plate part number BX2232 for a cr-v 03 or a Honda Element 03-11. I was woundering if this base plate was cut as the same size as the part BX2701 fitting a 07 Kia Sportage 2wd manual transmission, and will it be able to fit on the bumper and be screwed down and fastened safely, and that vehical can be flat towed {snip}
