Camper damage due to being serviced at that dealer

I am not sure if you can help me my family and I are not new to camping we have had a pull behind and then eventually graduated to a 5th wheel. We are good Sam Members etc.... This past fall we droppe...

I think one of your biggest concerns right now should be to ensure that the damaged portions of your unit are protected from water intrusion until the repairs can be made. Having the unit inside or at least under cover will prevent bigger issues down the road. JMHO.
