Carbon Monoxide detector
I have a Costar model 9-rv battery-operated CO detector that has gone bad after 6 1/2 years. I want to replace it, but they apparently don't make that model any more. What is my best bet to replace it...

The 9-rv model has been replaced by the quantum guardian QG100, which is out of stock (Seems I may have run into that same problem previously). I really think they are trying to push their 12v model, but I'm not in the mood to rewire the whole bedroom area. Incidentally, this has nothing to do with propane.
