Has anyone seen anything that would function as a diffuser cover for my 5โ€ diameter ceiling diffusers?

Looking to block a few to increase flow to others. There is nothing wrong with balancing your system.

Are you looking for something to replace the grill portion of the register or something to block it? If it is to block it; you DON'T want to do that. The A/C needs a certain airflow thru the system to work properly.
