Friend of mine's, less than 1.5 year old Toy Hauler Fiver.

Inside section of tire, fortunate it did not blow out.

Looks real similar to my Akuret HF188. The scarier part was once it was off and the tire shop showed me the inside of the tire:

The infamous Tow Max Power King tires. All 6 of mine just separated (2 blew causing damage)and they were only 2 years old.
