I absolutely hate anytime I ever see a phrase like this. If you have a problem, outright refuse payment until such item is corrected, or be persistent and follow legal means to resolve the matter. The second you swipe the credit card, you are entering into an AGREEMENT to pay them for services rendered. To provide payment with the intent to dispute the charge is a pre-emptive breach of contract. If you think about it, this the same concept as someone who steals your credit card number, buys something and attempts to stick you with the bill. Most places call this FRAUD or THEFT.
The RV dealer likely has deeper pockets than we do. If you decline the charge after services are rendered and after you swiped the card, enjoy your time fighting with their attorneys. You will lose.
