Complete list if towable dinghies

I am pretty new at dinghy towing and plan to soon buy a flat tow SUV. I found this list of 2013 ow towables but really looking for a complete list of options available. Right now I'm using a tow dolly for my 2013 Honda Accord, but am eventually looking to flat tow.

Is there a good round-up of vehicles out there anywhere? My searches have netted disappointing results. I am looking to spend about $20k for a used, under 2 ton, SUV but I can be flexible if a good deal is out there.

I do know there are lists of vehicles, year by year, out there at $1.99 per year. Is that the only option and how complete and reliable are these lists.

The dingy towing guide gives a list of what can and cannot be towed but also states ".... buyers should always first confirm flat-towablity by consulting the respective vehicle owners manual before the purchase is finalized." Probably the very best advise in the entire booklet.
