The OP did brake some of the rules and the moderator only closed the thread she didn't make it go away.

He must be a member of the "rules don't apply to me" crowd. There were 3 or 4 of them on the original post he is whining about ......

Marcus doesn't "own" this forum.
And I agree with the op, the minimal power afforded to the mod of the work camper forum has gone to his head and I too am tired of seeing threads deleted so quickly.

The following are postings by Marcus Lemonis back in Sept. 2013 concerning posts being deleted.

When 'specifics' were sent with time, place, copy of actual posting deleted and response by moderator......no reply from Mr. Lemonis.
And nothing has changed in the moderation.

Under no circumstance is any post deleted unless vulgar. No exceptions. I take exception to any accusation to the contrary and would like to personally hear or see it. This is a forum about freedom of speech. Period

That's right. The rules are clear. If we take something down outside of the rules then I want to hear about it. In you have specifics please send to me. At this point I'm hearing generalities.

X1, I find it irritating to open an post only to find that it is empty:(:(

This forum is owned by Goodsam not Marcus. The rules say to use that email when you have questions or concerns. No, I am not against the rules, I am very much for them. There is no rule that states that a posting should be close as soon as it is posted in order to censor the users of the forum.

Could someone tell me what rules were broken, official rules that is?

If they can close a thread or individual post, can they also make the post go away so I don't have to take time to open a post only to find that it is blank?????

The post in question is not blank, it has all the contact info you need if you want to check on that job opening. There is no reason to add to that post. If you want the job call the number, if you don't want the job just move on.
