we have similar chairs that we carry on a rear ladder carrier. wanting to protect them from the elements and road grime we bought the kind of zippered bag you're looking for from Camco (this was 25-years ago). after 20+ years the bag started to fall apart. while shopping for a replacement I discovered that Camco discontinued their large chair bag a while back so I took our old bag to a friend who made a replacement for us. let us know if you find one.
