I have a new TT with 2 create a breeze fans. Both a 3 speed fans that suck air out only. That will work for the Bathroom but I wanted something better in the living area. I purchased the Fantastic fan upgrade that is supposed to work with the create a breeze. It is the 7350 upgrade. I took the create a breeze apart and then installed the 7350 to the best I could with the instructions given. The Create a Breeze has no reverse and no rain sensor. The instructions tell you how to reroute the fan wire so that you can plug it into the reversing switch on the new 7350 housing the problem is that the 7350 has no on/off or any other switches on the cover. Everything on this fan is controlled by the remote control. There is a wire that connects to the circuit board that is not mentioned or used it appears to be for the Fan wire. I plugged it into that wire. When I started the fan up it raised and lowered the lid, went forward and reverse, went from manual to auto, the problem was that it would only work on the hi setting and when I switched down it to the next lower setting it went very slow one more down switch and it turned off. I called fantastic fan and the service person stepped me through some tests. We could not resolve the problem with her help. Fantastic fan decided to ship me a replacement. I installed the replacement today and had the very same thing happen still only works on 2 fan speeds out of the many it is supposed to have. I will call Fantastic fan tommorrow and see what they say too late today. In the mean time I thought I would throw this out to all and see if anyone has had the same or similar problem. With 2 fans acting the same way there seems to be some wiring error. I can't figure it out. The Fantastic fan service is always the best I hope it continues now that they are Attwood.
I talked to Fantastic Vent (Atwood) and there is a jumper on the board that if you have a pancake tpe fan you have to remove it. It worked very well after that.
