We bought one of theirs recently sight unseen. I think it was the 8" Escape because we didn't have a lot of clearance for where it fit under the sink edge when the slide is in. My hubby weighs around 250 and we are both comfortable. It is available in custome sizes, but we bought a 72 x 80. It was delivered as promised and we were kept updated via email on its ship date. I am sensitive to odors & allergic to latex. We unwrapped it and slept on it the next day with no issues. We were VERY pleased with their customer service and would recommend them highly. (We researched several other mail-order and custom shops before deciding on them.) Their prices were VERY reasonable compared to other similar businesses.
