D.O.E.

we are looking at some workamp ad's and i'm wondering what D.O.E means when they are refering to pay TIA.
  • Might have meant just be sure to put down EVERYTHING that you can do.

i wasn't planning on embelishing my resume, i'm honest even when its not in my best interest. some call it a flaw but i sleep well...
  • majortwo - Ihope that ScooperDaddy was joking when he said to embelish your resume, there's no quicker way to getting fired a few days after you report to your new job and the employer determines that your resume was lots of BS. Be honest on what you know how to do, why you want to be a workamper, and other positive things. You don't need to point out shortcomings in your experience, the employer will be able to determine that after reviewing your application. Just be honest with yourself and let the resume rest on what you will bring to the job, good luck on your job search!
  • "Depending on Experience"...so make sure you embelish your resume with all the extensive customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of painting and carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
