Just spoke to the owner couldn't grasp the idea that I am unhappy about glue from stickers and such being left on unit finally said he and his service mgr and shop foreman would go look at it and see what they could do.
I am now worried about any warranty work that would need to be done at Pets RV in Burlington VT not very impressed with their customer service so far. Such a simple problem cant be resolved what about something bigger....
