Dealer issue?
So went to pick up our brand new camper which we bought in November but left stored at the dealer for winter storage. Part of the deal was the dealer was going to remove all the stickers in the front ...

I think the dealer, for good will sake, should have just detailed the trailer and none of this would have been an issue. I'm sure the owner is now wishing he had just spent an hour cleaning it up. But, I sure wouldn't want many of you to be on a jury where you take the word of one person without hearing the other side. None of us were present to hear what was agreed upon regarding the OP's request to store HIS trailer on the DEALER's LOT. The dealer, no matter what was stated or written, would be responsible for safeguarding the trailer on his dime (insurance and property damage). Maybe the dealer felt they stored it for three months and it was the OP's responsibility to clean it up. If the OP had stored it a storage facility, would it have been the storage facilities responsibility to clean the trailer at the end of the winter season, or should the OP take it back to the dealer three months later and tell them to clean it since they bought it new and hadn't had a chance to use it.
There are two sides to every story!!!
