Deceptive traffic citations

There are two places in my neck of the woods tha run ticket factories. Medford Oregon, and Coburg Oregon. Don't dare go 1 mile and hour over on I 5 in Medford or they nail you. Coburg is so bad the state was going to legislate against them giving tickets. They would sit at the overpass at Coburg and nail everyone. The state invalidated their authority to do that, because I 5 is not Coburg property. Coburg responded by annexing the land on both sides of the freeway so now they can continue to do it. The follow up story was the Coburg police department was rife with corruption and the money misappropriated then resignations by many.
