there's no "presentation", submitted online with all required info and photos and nothing other than a canned email auto response you get when you click submit.
Ah but there was a difference in presentation.
I called and asked the lady how her day was going then told her about my concerns with the axle, that I was the second owner yada yada yada,
and she was very helpful.
