Congrats, Dog Trainer, on your retirement. The first summer after retiring is very special.
I had four, 4 day trips this summer. Noteworthy because one was travelling with young relatives to Jasper, and on another we discovered a great kayaking location - a series of lakes connected by a creek. The kayaking place is just off highway 40 on the cache lake campsite road. One nice day's drive from home. Another trip to old favourite places west of Dawson Creek, BC. Also a one day drive.
