Did you name your RV?

We were thinking of naming our TH and wondered if anyone else did this too.

The name we have come up with is LaTOYa 🙂

We have always carried something from one toy to the next. A nice brass padlock went from our 21' boat to our 27' boat. An anchor came from our 27' boat to our 32' boat. A rubber duck which was in the head of or 32' boat when we bought it traveled back to the US & is now sitting on the sink in the 5er.

TV is the Killer Rabbit.

All our vehicles have a plush 'mascot'. Began ~20 years ago when I returned to motorcycling, daughter gave me a little plush dragon for the bike so I'd never ride alone. One thing leads to another so now every vehicle we have has its own mascot. But only the TV, 5er and boat are named.

We call our 5er the "USS Citation" and the truck is "Big Red".:)

We don't have a cool name yet for our Coachman Catalina. Our TV is a Tahoe, ergo it's called the "Ho". We call the GPS "Jeepus". On more than one occasion I've cracked us up saying "oh nice Jeepus lady pleeeease find this Ho a route home!"

The grandkids named our motorhome "Pa Pa's Bus" it seems to work.

We named our travel trailer C.C. after the great explorer Christoper Columbus!

The old POS Class C was called The Paperweight.

Our new camper is called The Camper. Seems fitting.

We didn't name it, but our kids and their friends that we camp with (in their 30's themselves) have named our rig "The Taj".

I have found that I started calling it "the house". As in telling the kids to get in the house and wash up. Probably because my wife brings along everything the same as our stick house with the exception of the garage and dishwasher. Wouldn't doubt if she wants one in our next rig.

We were able to purchase our "new" travel trailer after my mom passed away and the fruit of Mom and Dad's hard work was passed down to the 4 kids. I won't be naming the trailer, but to honor my Mom, who love the song "Home on the Range" and my Dad, who had his Doctorate in Statistical Analysis, We're thinking of getting a decal for the back that says, "Home on the Range, highly probable!"
It'll be our family inside joke. If any of you see a 20ft Summit trailer tooling around in OR with that written on the back, give us a honk!

We have never named the 5er, but we just bought a 14' tag a long and named it "Stumpy".

we named ours Beatrice,, after my mom,,,, w/o whom none of our rv life could have been possible... She was 91.
