Does anyone have and use the Direclink brake controller?

I have an "El cheapo" curt brake controller that was purchased while on vacation when we bought a newer truck to get home. Well now I want to be sure I have my family and yours as safe as possible when towing and I don't feel that this digital programmable controller is the answer. I have found a couple threads on a few forums that really like the Direclink. I like the thought of the ease of installation and the smaller foot print of the control on the dash. I have found one supplier that claims to have them and the plug and play wire harness for my truck. So please let me know what you think about the Direclink brake controllers if you have used them.
