Dolly tow a Cherokee Trailhawk?

We are picking up a 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk this weekend. I plan on going with the Ready Brute tow bar. I do have a dolly and just wonder if it can be towed on a dolly since we are driving about 4 hours away to get it. I don't have the manual yet but have heard some can not be towed on dolly. this does the the ability to put transaxle in neutral.

Thanks for any thoughts. And any other info in general about this set up.

Wife will drive it back. Only about a 4 hour trip so not a big deal.

Thanks

Thanks Tom for the link to the manual. Page 384 answers the question, NO.

I will research base plates next.

Thanks all.

“but have heard some can not be towed on dolly.”

What you’ve heard could cost you a bunch of money. Verify with the manufacturer.

The Trailhawk comes in AWD only, so it is not dolly towable.

If it’s a 4x4 you can’t dolly tow it period. If front wheel drive you can dolly tow it but not flat tow. Manual
