dolly towing a toyota prius

i have a mastertow dolly and a newer toyota prius and noticed that the clearence on the front spoiler is not enough to drive up onto the dolly without scraping the bottom pretty good so what i did was put 2 high (2") square leveling blocks on the street right before the dolly ramp and that gave me just the clearence to drive right up like i should.

    We have had a Prius on a dolly since 2004. This last year, we decided to buy a 20' enclosed. It fit in very nicely. We had all of the various road rash incidents repainted, and sold the dolly. We now have a travelling garage full of extra stuff, and the car is protected.

    The only difference we can see is that the car is 'confused' for a minute or two when it's last GPS fix was Myrtle Beach, SC, and we put it back on the street in Pismo Beach, CA.

    Would it be feasible to have the "lift" mounted permanently on the loading ramp? Perhaps the ramp may have to be extended?
