I need the propane fridge, I camp frequently without hookups. If you always use hookups I'd follow the advice posted and get a compressor refrigerator.

My last 4 truck campers have had Dometic fridges and all were junk!!! Do yourself a huge favor like a previous poster suggested. Go electric!!! Find a 12/110 volt unit with the Danfoss system. :C
