I own 50 acres of hunting property in Real County Tx so I can only speak of Real County TX law:
IF you OWN 10 acres or greater AND is bordered by undivided 10 acres or greater at all perimeters you are allowed to discharge ALL residential waste onto YOUR property in ANY manner. A minimum of a cesspool is highly recommended but not required.
With that said, most hunters have a hole in the ground with a seat over it, an outhouse or cesspool on their property, if anything.
By the way, FB is FaceBook.
