Did you try any state parks?

Some Interstate highway rest stops have free dump stations.

Check your area for Love's, Flying J, and Pilot. Some have dump facilities.

Any highway truck stops near you? They may have dump facilities.

There is an RV dump site app (Sanidumps) for your phone, or their web based one. Be aware neither of these are 100% complete, they only show one of our local waste treatment plants.

I use one of a few local waste treatment plants as mentioned. Stink to high heaven but they are free, at least ours are.

If you can't find a CG, check with a local Waste Water Treatment Plant (sewer plant). Maybe they have a location to allow you to dump your tanks into their system.
A macerator pump is another option.
