Dumpsite locations

Due to a family emergency, we are having to cancel our final trip of the season. I’m having trouble finding campgrounds that will still be open next week, and I need to drain the tanks in order to winterize.

Any suggestions on how to find a place to dump?
  • Thanks for that site. I just submitted the two dumpsites closest to our town in northern Alberta.
  • Dirt road, bar ditch next to a corn field, 10pm......just sayin.
  • Go to rvdumpsites.net, key in your location in the search box.
lots of good information about dumpsites everywhere.
  • Check your area for Love's, Flying J, and Pilot. Some have dump facilities.

Any highway truck stops near you? They may have dump facilities.
  • There is an RV dump site app (Sanidumps) for your phone, or their web based one. Be aware neither of these are 100% complete, they only show one of our local waste treatment plants.

I use one of a few local waste treatment plants as mentioned. Stink to high heaven but they are free, at least ours are.
  • If you can't find a CG, check with a local Waste Water Treatment Plant (sewer plant). Maybe they have a location to allow you to dump your tanks into their system.
A macerator pump is another option.
