We full time. Rarely eat out. DH will go into heart failure if he eats too much restaurant food. There is just no escaping the salt they put into it. We had to make a fast trip by car back to Indiana from Texas a few weeks ago for a funeral. We ate on the road, but tried to make what seemed to be healthy choices. He gained 5 1/2 pounds in 4 days. Coming back, we purchased and prepared some cold stuff we could eat out of the cooler. A bit more cumbersome, but worth it.
