Folding director type chairs

I believe that I saw info about a folding director type chair that folded like a regular director's chair, but then in half again (top to bottom). At the time I wasn't interested and now that we have a B and space is everything, my interest is peaked. They seemed to be a bit pricey, but I can't recall for sure. I thought that the manufacture's name began with a P, as Pelham or something of the such, but I could easily be wrong on that.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You must be the people that go camping and set inside watching TV the whole time.

I do have some of those cheap bag chairs. But, I often just set on the picnic table. Every campground I go to has at least one picnic table per site.

I find the bag chairs uncomfortable. They hurt my back after awhile. I don't think I would like the directors type chairs. A friend of mine had one once and it seemed like my butt was falling out of the back of the chair. Maybe he just had a bad one.

I sometimes just haul around a kitchen type chair in the back of my pickup. But, that is inconvenient.

They do look nice. I only charge a small finder's fee that I, of course, will share with chast.

That's them! Pico GCI chairs! They're more pricey than I recall. Hope they're worth it. Thanks for the info.

This begs the question. what do you sit on while outside, OR do you not go outside?

We carry around 10 chairs that fold, or collapse in one way or another. Plus a hammock. DW wants enough seating for friends, and just anyone that would happen to walk by.
For me personally. I don't care so much for the "bag" chairs. Unless they are oversized, the leg rail hits me in the thighs. However bag chairs take up the least amount of room. Easily stowed in the smallest of places. I would suggest them as a space saver.

You could also go to WalMart and search thru their collection of chairs. AND, Even though I don't often recommend Camping World. They have a HUGE selection of camp chairs. Including the Director style / cross fold.

Oh jeeze! Your DH is prolly related to my man. Anyone who camps near us and visits requires a new box store bag chair purchase in his mind:S. Even if it's as simple as them bringing a chair from their campsite.
I don't get it but but then that's prolly me. I find the "bag" chairs uncomfy; they have no back support.

You're kidding! What do you do when sitting outside, bum a neighbor's chair?

Maybe it's this one:

http://www.campmor.com/gci-outdoor-xpress-lounger.shtml?kpid=65462PUR&gclid=CKu72vOO48cCFQsRHwodM_4O...

We have 2 of em and love how compact they fold up. GCI makes several models.
Bought ours via REI and thus have a lifetime warranty which makes me veddy happy and helps offset the cost.
