Front Storage Covering

We have a canvas enclosure on our fifth wheel, We spent some time in a campground this year that was really dusty and it has stained the cover which is white. We have tried Tilex, Soft Scrub and Black Streak Remover neither will get rid of the stains. Does anyone have any ideas that will take the red stains out?
