Gas is now $1.87 for regular and under $2 for diesel here. And I can't even go anywhere! Of course as soon as the virus is under control gas will skyrocket again. A warm climate and bluegrass sure sounds good now!

I figure that the day before I turn the key and pull the lever gas prices will dang near double so every time I go out for any reason I bring back 5 gallons.

Same here...brand new 2020 F350 crew cab diesel lariat ultimate... 365 miles... about 14 of them were on a highway... rest were around town and to the grocery store... It goes along with a new fiver on order and in the production queue when the factory was shut down...

But, we are healthy and safe... looking forward to hooking up on a new camper with the new ride... Truck seems like it is going to tow incredibly... a real blast to drive - even if it is for short hops to the supermarket for now...

NJ fuel as of yesterday diesel just around $2.30 - gas at $1.70

Stay healthy up that way.. you guys were/re hit hard ? I'm just across the. bridge in PA just south of Flemmington area.. It's tough seeing that new Ford sitting in the driveway... At least we got delivery before the shutdown .. .

The irony of this post is that gas is cheap because you can't go anywhere. Simple rule of supply and demand.

Its 52 miles for us to go to town (Walmart/pharmacy/feed stores/feed mill.
Clearing more acres for more hay production so using more diesel fuel with the 50hp blue tractor. The 27 hp Grasshopper and 18 hp Cub Cadet garden tractor (we use the Cub like a golf cart) are going now so I'm really enjoying the hell out of low gas costs.
I'm on the mother road several times a week and we actually see more vehicles on it, in our area, than when most folks were working/commute.

97 cents with store discount!

But, if there were places to go then
people would be going there and
gas demand would be higher and then
they would be selling oil so
oil prices would be higher and
gas prices too then
it would cost more in gas to go to that place that is not open now.
Kind of a conundrum

Take the State and Federal tax off that and whatโ€™s left..........sad
