We are considering working for one of the Gate Guard companies and have some general questions.
1. Sewer. If they pumpout once every other week or what ever, how do you manage between pumpouts?? Running grey in the bushes doesnt sound completely right.
2. Mail. How do you get mail?
3. Trash. Haul your own or are there site dumpsters??
4. Emergency Communication. How would you call 911??

Thanks

George

Hi George,

Check out the link in my signature. Our gate guard forum has answers to all those questions and more.

FWIW,
Septic is usually collected in above ground large holding tanks and pumped out as necessary.

We use Escapees PMB mail service and they forward our mail to whatever location we designate.

There will be trash trailers at all active locations.

We use a Wilson cell phone amplifier for phone and internet service.
