Well we finally got to the root of the problem. In February of this year, in our local Wall Mart parking lot another driver and I backed out into each other. No damage to our truck and a small dent in the other drivers door. The other driver hung around to get my info and then took off. Unknown to us the other driver made a claim and was paid aprox $2k for his damages. We've had Good Sam Insurance for 9 1/2 Years and have paid out aprox $15k in payments. So because Good Sam had to pay out on a claim we now have three driver points on out Good Sam Record, our rates went Up and they want us to pay $1,400 up front. Time to find another Insurance Company! This is not how you treat your customers.. DONE..
