Good Sam ERS was "Bad Sam" - which, of course, was the fault of the tow operator GS contracted with.
Happening at night shouldn't make any difference!
IMO - the tow operator was totally incompetent -or- he simply wanted to make some quick bucks and be gone.
A post to "Marcus" is in order!
GS needs to dump the contract tow operator ASAP..:M
Maybe contract with the church!.:B
