The Chamber of Commerce appears to be MSQ. In the '60s Hamilton was still a thriving town that supplied the small farms of the area. Now she controls most of the storefronts that lined the 2-3 blocks of what was the retail district. They advertise 1 of the shops (Barber shop IIRC) is a waiting room.
When wife "needs" to go, if she can't get a friend to go with, we park and start up 1 side of street, I move bench to bench outside. When she is done we go up to Jamesport to eat.
