Hey WRVPO,, It was the packing nut on top of the spigot, just needed an adjustable wrench to give it a turn,, I was directed to what spot I would get, not what site I wanted!
But hey what do I know,,Nothing were not as smart or intelligent as you evidently are..
Ha,, and the call I made about the spiders in the electrical box,, You'd of thought I was the color blue when he pulled up,, whips open the box and sure enough,,,a wasps nest!! Then blames me for not telling him he needed WASP SPRAY!!
