HELP / suggestions on Integrated brake system

Question

We just purchased a Ford F150 2016..SO happy with it! Heading to a weeks vacation next week. Dealership installed an integrated braking system. Drove home to hook up to make sure everything is all set and to set the "gain" on the brakes..... NO brakes on TT... and no "message" on the menu / instrument panel. I guess a message should pop up and let us know what gain we are at and change as we move it ... NOTHING is showing up ... so my gut is telling me faulty / or improperly installed brake system....
THOUGHTS on what might be wrong ??

I am waiting to hear back from dealership to tell me how to proceed...

Send out some good vibes for an easy fix !! Not looking forward to driving 20 miles back roads with only truck brakes ~~ :(

He had to program it into the computer, that may not have happened.

I am not a Ford owner, but I 2nd reprogramming was skipped.  My Ram needed to.  This is just my guess and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

The dealer is an idiot or has idiot technicians working for him

My 2 cents. Dealer should send out competent technician to fix problem. That's if they want to keep you as a customer.

I agree with tropical ron.   The dealer should be responsible for the error and send someone out to your location and fix it.   Tell them it is unsafe to travel until fixed!
