HELP! Tow Bar

yes. I think you'll find that a towbar that remains attached to the MH's hitch receiver and connects to the toad via base plates installed on the toad will be the easiest to deal with.

Are the ones pictured here like that? Don't mean to be dense but I'm just an ignorant old woman regarding this stuff. LOL.

yes, #2. the long square piece slips into the receiver on the MH and is secured with a locking pin. the two aluminum arms extend and and pivot to connect to two points on your toad and are locked in place with locking pins. when not towing the towbar remains attached to the MH and simply swivels/pivots up and out of the way.
