Hooking up Dish Playmaker

Any tips on installing a DISH Playmaker 7000 and DISH WALLY receiver. I am mildly tech challenged so any help or step by step instructions would really be appreciated. I will not install on the roof at this time, maybe later. I've heard it described as "easy peasey". I have a 2017 Leasure Unity Travel Van. Thanks in advance

EDIT: The Playmaker gets both arcs and the OP is in AZ so Lynn is correct. The western arc would be the better choice.

The Playmaker is western arc only. The Pathway X2 is dual arc...

Q: What satellite providers and satellites work with the DISH Playmaker and DISH Playmaker Dual antennas?

A: The DISH Playmaker and DISH Playmaker Dual antennas are exclusively compatible with DISH programming. The antennas can receive programming from DISH western arc, which includes satellites 110°, 119°, and 129°.

    • Put the antenna outside with a clear view of the southeast sky
    • Download one of the many apps to figure out which way to initially point it (I use one called Satellite Pointer)
    • Connect the antenna to the receiver
    • Power up the receiver
    • Do what it says on the TV screen

    That would be southWEST sky.

For the Western Arc. When I first set mine up, the antenna was pointed 158°.

EDIT: The Playmaker gets both arcs and the OP is in AZ so Lynn is correct. The western arc would be the better choice.
