IMO it sure does count and your definitions might be yours, but are not mine. ;)Again my flame IS NOT VISIBLE unless you OPEN the outside container (i.e. remove the louvered door/panel and then you have to move a flap on the burner box to even see it. That's opening two enclosures to get to the open flame and the sign I'm responding to specifically says OPEN which IMO IT IS NOT
