how much water for 3 nights

After three days of showers an cooking and washing dishes we will have some water left in the 100 gallon tank. We might get four days but probably not. When we shower we don't use the Navy method nor shower together.
One reason I desire something like a Prevost with a 240 gallon fresh water tank, I believe.
We always make sure the tank is topped off before we leave a campground to go to the next designation. Not having enough water on board has caused us not to stop and spend a night or two boon docking, like in the Big Bend.

Quick navy showers, don't "run" the water any more than absolutley needed. Drink beer instead of tap water.
We get 3-4 days with a family of 4 and showers avg of every 1.5 days ish, 50gal tank.

By myself, 11 days is my record with daily showers. 4-5 days if I'm using water like it's free.

Not questioning your figure. People vary widely AND I know I can vary my water use VERY widely- I'd jokingly say there's four types of showers. Lavish (hot water runs out), Normal (water runs the whole time). Navy (Wet-off-soap-rinse) and Super duper Navy where you are very conservative on wetting up and rinsing.

For a total stranger asking wide open questions on an Internet forum- I would go with a more liberal figure than your excellent conservative one.

Yep 10 gal PP/PD is living somewhat normally i.e. using RV facilities, not CG restrooms, washing real dishes after having homestyle meals twice a day, having showers in the RV, not CG showers, living independent of any other water source totally relying on what the RV carries & not skimping too much on what one would use in a sticks & bricks.

I think this is a good guestimate. 10 gallons per person today is "living it up" (shower with water running, maybe some dish washing), and you can easily half that if you make a concerted effort to limit water use.

Indeed, it varies WIDELY.

Water weighs a little over 7 pounds per gallon. A 60 gallon water tank weighs around 440 pounds when full. Bring the water you need. Drain the tank for the trip home.

I would go ahead and fill the tank, well at least half full. but I'd rather have more than I need than run out mid-trip.

Only you know the ratio for you taste, also depends on how much Bourbon you are taking.
