I have seen a couple of stories like that over the years.. Different locations as i recall.

As for the person who complained about the use of "Siphoning".. yes. Siphon is not the proper word.. but remember the talking heads know nothing and the copy writers are not much better. They think Siphoning is a synonym of "Stealing".

Please send that complaint to the author's employer.

Well, at least at the end of the story the moho seems to have wound up parked in front of an auto repair shop's service bays. That'll save them the wrecker bill.... ;).
