How to Book Arkansas CG as a Senior Citizen?

Per the Arkansas website as out-of-state seniors (>62) we are eligible for 25% discount Mon-Thur. Does anyone know how to book the site online and reflect the discount? There is no option for birthdate or age. Site expects full payment for entire duration of our stay.
Perhaps they reimburse upon arrival? There is a promo entry field but don't know what to enter. All else fails I will call...
  • What a nice gesture to seniors from other states! Sure, give them a call but you can’t present proper ID in a telephone call.

Please note...”U.S. Citizens 62 and over and U.S. Citizens with 100% permanent and total disability will be admitted to state park campgrounds at the discounted rates established in PD 2000. Proper identification or documentation is required to obtain a discount.”
  • You may have to create an account before making reservations.
  • At GA state parks, the seniors and veterans discounts are credited at check-in and refunded to the credit card used to make the reservation. Call the AR park and ask what their procedure is.
  • As an Arkansas resident, may I suggest you call the preferred park directly. It may save some hassle over trying to do it on line. When we stay at a State Park, I call and ask if anything special is going on during the stay, and we make our decision then. Usually in the Fall a lot of small festivals are going on in some areas we are not aware of. Come on over and enjoy, weather will be great after this hurricane blows through this weekend!!!
  • If its like other states you pay the regular price than they credit your card at check in.
