- SpiKarExplorerShould be in the owners manual.
- 767jetlagExplorerOk, well that's the first place I looked! Thanks anyway.
- docjExplorerWhy are you assuming the car has a steering wheel lock? Not all cars have them; they are not required by law. Page 124 of your owner's manual doesn't discuss anything other than how to put the transfer case into neutral. Presumably that's all you have to worry about.
- D_E_BishopExplorerHey jetlag, try following the owners manual for setup and then try to turn the wheel. I bet docj is correct and that there is no lock. A corolla we rend a while ago had the pb start and younever tool the key out of your pocket.
- dubdub07ExplorerThere hasn't been a lock on a Jeep since 2009.
- 767jetlagExplorerThanks everyone - good (and helpful) info. - much appreciated!
I'm just getting started with this RV life. Just about everything is new to me - looking forward to a great summer! - et2ExplorerHave the same car. There isn't a steering wheel lock. The wheels follow the MH when in park ( after securing it in neutral ) and key completely off. Thus - no need to have the power on draining your battery unlike some of the other popular toads.
Securing it in neutral is in the manual. It's very simple to understand and easy to do.
