How to unlock steering wheel with push button start?

I just purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to flat tow. It has a key fob and pushbutton start. With a keyless system, does anyone know how to unlock the steering wheel for flat towing? Does it even ne...

Why are you assuming the car has a steering wheel lock? Not all cars have them; they are not required by law. Page 124 of your owner's manual doesn't discuss anything other than how to put the transfer case into neutral. Presumably that's all you have to worry about.
