If you take it to campgrounds (not RV parks) you could always "bucket and sponge" clean it there. Easier YET is to find an outdoor car wash and use that to clean it on the WAY to the campground. We often stop at car washes when traveling to clean up the trailer (after beach camping it's a must) and have on more than one occasion pulled in as far as possible (with a spotter) without hitting the AC and washed the front half, then back out, turn around and back the rear end in (again with reliable spotter) to wash the rear end, at a regular indoor car wash. Where there's a will/need, there's a way :)
