And this is unusual how? I'm not being snarky, just commenting on how common this kind of thing is. I see setups like this at least once a week.
A couple of weeks ago on my way to work there was a traffic jam. It was caused by a Kia Soul flipped on it's side. It was towing a double axle travel trailer. The safety chains were still hooked up but the tongue was off the ball. No WDH that I could see. My phone was in my pocket and I didn't want to cause another problem by trying to take a photo. But I wish I had been able to because it was one of those, "Huh? Seriously?" kind of things.
