You are right about the 65 foot maximum length limit. You may tow 2 trailers with bumper hitches, as long as they have sufficient strength capacity for your trailers...Meaning the hitch between your "Power Unit" (truck) and trailer #1 needs to be strong enough to pull both trailers.
