In general TH's have stronger frames and the axle placed farther back than typical TT's. Both of these attributes will help in this towing setup.
I would worry about the TH coupler rating and the ball mount and receiver on the TV being able to handle the load and hope they have been upgraded to 15K lbs or more to handle the combination. Hopefully the Jeep has a supplemental braking device to prevent jackknifing when decelerating in turns or on down slopes.
