I usually cruise at 55 mph with double benefits: my navigator enjoys the ride more and I get almost 10 mpg.
However, but I loathe to waste the momentum gained downhill so let the speed rise to 75 mph guessing (without any training or knowledge except what you've shared) that the stress on the drive train will be minimal.
