If anyone is in central Washington and just kinda wandering about? Consider going up to Molson for a look-see. Very cool old mining and ranching town. Open yard to kick the iron. You can boondock along either of the two lakes..2nd one has a couple really good spots. No one minds.

You go to Oroville and turn east. We were just there.

Where are you in this pic, Dave? from the 70's...I am in there too!

And Molson is exactly the same...doors open...stuff just sitting there. Except for the homesteaders cabin...wire caging to keep loose fingers at bay.

Hi Gary! We were there years ago. We stopped at the little museum and had a nice chat with the volunteers, two or three older women who lived along the lakes and raised a few cattle for the tax breaks. Very friendly people!

You are just a few hours drive away.....c'mon back....
